Glenn Ray Heffington was born on June 25, 1946 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Delbert Glenn Heffington and Joyce (Grice) Heffington. Glenn passed from this life on Thursday, December 15, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years.
Glenn was a resident of Bradley, Oklahoma. He graduated from Marlow High School in 1965. He was a proud member of the State Champion Marlow football team his senior year. Glenn married Ruth Rogers on February 12, 1970 in Durant, Oklahoma. He loved his family and spending time with them whenever he could. Thanksgiving and Christmas were very special times for him and being together was always enjoyable. Glenn worked as a machinist before going to work for Grady County where he retired. He enjoyed the outdoors and being able to Quail hunt every year when birds were available. Deer hunting and especially Deer Camp were fun times spent with family and friends. Glenn will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include: The love of his life, Ruth, of the home.
Sons: Dwayne Heffington and Tina of Bradley; Jay Heffington and wife Karen of Bradley.
Daughter: Aileene Patton and beloved son–in-law David of Lindsay; Glenda Doyeto of Chickasha.
Grandsons: Glenn Wayne Heffington and wife Hallie of Newcastle; Sean Landrum and wife Morgan of Dibble; Tyler Patton and wife Makayla of Bradley; and Shane Crowder of Muskogee.
Granddaughters: Ashton Heffington of Ardmore; George (Jaylenn) Brooks and John of Purcell; Brittanie Crow and Andy of Apache; Candace Landrum and Austin of Elmore City; Miranda Mouser and husband Morgan of Pauls Valley; Kambrie Harrison and husband Eli of Blanchard; Payton Crowder of Bradley; Keelie Crowder of Bradley.
Great-grandchildren: Skyla, Chance, Karter, Braylee, Caleb, Amelia, Ella, Harper, Arden, Kreed, and Elaina
Glenn is also survived by his mother, Sylvia Heffington of Marlow and his brother, Ricky and wife Patty of Marlow.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Heffington and his biological mother Joyce Sullivan.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at Winans Funeral Home
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 19, 2022 at the First Baptist Church, Lindsay, Oklahoma with Bro. Mark Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Bradley Cemetery, Bradley, OK are under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, Oklahoma.
