Samuel Preston Pratt

Samuel Preston Pratt was born on April 8, 1966, to Bobby Gene and Jeannie Carol (Kennard) Pratt in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed away on November 11, 2023, in Maysville, Oklahoma at the age of 57 years.
Sam grew up in Maysville and attended Maysville Public School through twelfth grade.  He had a wonderful childhood growing up on a farm south of Maysville, riding horses, swimming in farm ponds, fishing and camping. He loved music in every sense.  He enjoyed playing guitar and singing.  In his youth, Sam performed a Johnny Cash medley winning the Kiwanis talent show.  He was a hard-working man. He lived in Del City for a time, then moved to Michigan to be close to his daughter.  
Sam had a love for animals, and he loved children. He loved his family and spending time with them.  Sam will be missed dearly.
Survived by: his mother, Jeannie Weaver of Noble, Oklahoma; daughter, Hailee Rae Nichole Pratt and Jesse Samuel Lynch of Lawton, Michigan; brother, Justin Pratt of Antioch, Oklahoma; sisters: Bobbie Pratt Cooper and William of Noble, Oklahoma; Betty Jo Pratt of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Rebecca “Becky” Pratt Logan and Barry of Crescent, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Zoella, Ellianna, and Atticus Samuel Lynch.
Preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Pratt.
Friends and Family Memorial Visitation will be held at Noon, 12:00-1:00 pm, on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at the Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Services are under the direction of John W.
