Robbin Wayne Brand

Robbin Wayne Brand of Lindsay was born on January 18, 1967 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Wirt and Barbara (Lair) Brand. He passed from this life on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Lindsay at the age of 54 years.

Robbin grew up in Alex, graduating from Alex High School in 1985. In 1994 he married the love of his life Brandee Greenhalgh. In the 27 years of marriage they raised a beautiful family. His family was very important to him. He loved spending time with them all, especially the grandbabies, who called him PawPaw. Robbin loved for everyone to come to their home for get togethers. Robbin worked in the oilfield as a pipeline operator for Daylight Petroleum. He always had good things to say about everyone and loved to joke around with people. His laugh and handsome smile was unforgettable. He had a great love for the outdoors, spending time at the lake, fishing in ponds, water and snow skiing. He was a wonderful breakfast cook, always inviting people to come eat. Robbin absolutely loved spending time in God’s Word and sharing his love for Christ with others. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lindsay, where he and Brandee enjoyed teaching Sunday School for many years. Robbin will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Daughter, Kallee Dunn and husband Kaleb of Chickasha.
Daughter-in-law, Whitney Brand of Elmore City.
Son, Dakota Brand and fiancée Trisha of Chickasha.
Grandchildren: Kendyll and Kapp Dunn, Blazen Wayne Brand, Raider, Dakotta, and Rip.
Brothers: Greg Brand and wife Rochelle of Alex; and Brian Brand and Leah of Blanchard.
Sister, Shelly Luna of Alex.
Mother-in-law, Joan Brownen of Lindsay
Brothers and sisters-in-law: Jody Seely and husband Steve of Olathe, Colorado; Stacey Roberts of Chickasha; Bart Greenhalgh and wife Tina of Olathe, Colorado; and Doug Greenhalgh of Utah.
He is also survived by a slew of nieces and nephews.
Blessed with bonus family: Dr. Mike and Pamela Thomas of Oklahoma City; Leslie Fitzpatrick and husband Scott; Kristi Kennell and husband Jamie; and Ashley Stephenson and husband Mac.

Robbin was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Brand and son, Robbin “Tanner” Brand.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, May 10, 2021 at the First Baptist Church, Lindsay with Bro. Nick Johnson and Bro. Gene Sanders officiating. Burial will be in the Laflin Creek Cemetery, Alex, Oklahoma under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.

Honorary Casket Bearers: Darrin Long, Shannon Brand, Steve Seely, Danny Simonton, Rick Dorman, Ricky Mitchell, Ty Greenhalgh, Nathaniel Hacker, Scott Hacker, Jamie Mainka, Joe Nixon, Mitch Kennedy, Rob Tidwell, Jay Otey, Todd Otey, Todd Taylor, and Dustin Brand.
