Ricky Allen Ward

Ricky Allen Ward was born on May 28, 1959 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Melvin Woodrow Ward and Gertrude Jo (Henderson) Ward. He passed from this life on Saturday, November 23, 2019 near Maysville at the age of 60 years.

Ricky was a lifetime resident of the Maysville area where he attended Maysville Schools. He worked as a farmer and laborer and loved the simplicity of his life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing in the river with his Uncle Sonny. Rick liked to tinker with small engines and then sell them. He loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed by them.

His survivors include his sisters: Janette Henderson and husband Harvey of Edmond; Margaret Bowman and husband Larry of Elmore City; and Sandy Percell of Mead.
Son, Joey Ward of Alabama and numerous other relatives.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Jo Ward; a son Andrew Ward; and brother, Dwight Ward.
