Rebecca S. George

Rebecca Sue George of Foster was born on October 11, 1967 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at her home at the age of 50 years.Rebecca grew up in Verden, where she was raised by her grandparents, Ygnacio and Antonia Gonzalez graduating from Verden High School in 1986. Rebecca was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed her flowers, knitting, crocheting afghans, and being outdoors when she could. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Lindsay, OK. Rebecca will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Her survivors include her husband, Mark of the home.Sons, Tyler Goodman of Rush Springs and Jimmy George of the home in Foster.Daughters, Stormy Scyrkels and husband Nathan of Lindsay and Jackalyn George of Pauls Valley.Sisters: Linda Kinney of Lindsay, Brandy Cunningham of Lindsay, Susi Gonzalez of Spain, Betty Sullivan of Carnegie, Rita Banks of Hamlet, North Carolina, and bobbie Knudsen of Jacksonville, Florida. Grandchildren: Oliver, Gavin, Fallon, Briar, Paisley, Noah, Jacob, and Elijah.Several nieces and nephews.And her dog, Joe. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, December 8, 2017 at the First Assembly of God Church in Lindsay with Beverly Barker officiating. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery, Lindsay, OK under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
