Mildred Mae Nobles of Maysville was born on February 2, 1935 to Floyd Sullivan and Minnie Bell (Richardson) Nolatubbe. She passed from this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years.
Millie was a lifetime resident of Maysville. She married Charles Nobles on June 6, 1957. She worked as a waitress in several cafes around town. Miss Millie loved the time she spent with the children when she worked at the Maysville Elementary School. Millie enjoyed photography, crafts, and antique shopping. She liked to spend time with her family and was loved and admired by all who knew her. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Her survivors include her son, Chris Nobles and wife Cathy of Maysville.
A sister, Neacha Rankin and husband Bill of Maysville.
Granddaughter, Misty Mays and great grandchild, Camden Mays.
Millie was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd Sullivan and Minnie and J. Z. Nolatubbe; brother, Richard “Dickie” Sullivan; and grandson, Paul Franklin Nobles.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 20, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, Maysville with Brother Mike Deviney officiating. Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
