Mary Ann Ward

Mary Ann Ward was born on December 13, 1957, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Marvin and Mavis (Pickens) Ward and passed away on August 10, 2024, in Davis, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years.

Mary was a graduate of Maysville High School. She worked for many years for SORC where she was a client aid. Mary had a servant’s heart and truly enjoyed helping people. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Mary enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, camping, Pepsi, and sweet tea. Most important to Mary was her family. She loved cooking and baking for her friends and family always making sure everyone had enough. 

Survived by: daughter, Danielle O’Neal and son in law Cody Parkins of Sulphur, Ok; niece, Regina Ream; great-niece, Breanna Ward; and great-nephews: Johnathan Ward and Zachary Ream.

Preceded by: her parents, Marvin and Mavis Ward; brother, Kenneth Ward; and sister, Shirley Ann Ward.

Friends and Family Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, Friday, August 16, 2024, at Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma.   Arrangements under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home. Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
