Lillie Irene Robison

Lillie Irene Robison was born on January 6, 1945, to Dave and Vernie (Bailey) Ince in Maysville, Oklahoma and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on October 10, 2024, at the age of 79 years. 

Lillie was a lifelong resident of Lindsay, Oklahoma where she raised her five sons. Lillie was a hard-working woman all her life holding several jobs at various times to provide for her family, raising her sons by herself. Her undying devotion to her family is to be respectfully noted.

Lillie had a servant’s heart. She enjoyed taking care of others especially the residents at Lindsay Manor Nursing Home. She experienced cutting broomcorn, hoeing cotton, and working in the sewing factory. She spent twenty years at the sewing factory and another thirty-seven years working in nursing homes. She loved people.

Lillie is survived by:

Sons: William Robison and Angie of Lindsay, Oklahoma, AD Robison and DeAnn of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Chuck Robison and Kelly of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Cecil Robison and Amanda of Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Daughter-in-law: Lisa Robison

Sisters:  Laura Hosler and Martha Auld.

Grandchildren: Felicia, Bill, Maranda, Kiedan, Chad, Melissa, Melanie, Kara, CJ, Lane, Morgan, Candace, Maegan, Patrick, Kyle and Nikki. She is also survived by twenty-seven Greatgrandchildren with one on the way.

Lillie was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Vernie Ince; Her son, Joe Robison; Her brothers, Jack Ince, Bill Ince, Cecil Ince, Joe Ince and George Ince; Her sisters, Ruby McDonald, Annie Scott, Geneva Dutton, Ruth Sanders, Goldie Thurston and two of her Grandchildren, Christian and Avery.

Funeral Services for Lillie will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.at the First Assembly of God Church in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Bro. Eddie Ince officiating. Burial will be held at Erin Springs Cemetery under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
