Leigh Ann Parks was born on May 14, 1960, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Bill Ray and Ethel Ann (Tucker) Hightower and passed away on November 18, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years.
Leigh was a very creative and loving mother. She enjoyed crafting and was self-taught in crocheting, needlework and sewing. Christmas was a enjoyable time for Leigh. She loved making gifts for others and she put a lot of thought into her gifts to make sure they were extra special.
Leigh was a conversationalist who enjoyed telling stories and she was even known to embellish when necessary. Most of all Leigh loved her family and spending time with them.
Survived by: her mother, Ethel Hightower of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sons: William (Bill) Keith Winn and Krista Henson of Mustang, Oklahoma, Garland Wade Winn of Mustang, Oklahoma, Michael Ray Winn and Rachel of Edmond, Oklahoma and “adopted son”, Jake Deviney; daughter, Tabi Barnes and Robert Whitworth of Lindsay, Oklahoma; sisters, Kim Hinojosa and Johnny of Houston, Texas and Ethelyn Cheek and Don of Marlow, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Brianna Adams and Seth, Braidon Layton, Reagan Adams, Kurissa Forehand, Klayton Whitworth, Kenzlee Whitworth, Emily Winn, Alie Winn, Josh Winn, Caylie Winn, Jennifer Winn, Nikki Winn, Auggie Bain, Avery Henson, Halli Henson, Tanner Barnes, Tucker Barnes; great grandchildren: Oakley Forehand, Olson Forehand, Owen Forehand, Calder Whitworth and one great grandchild on the way.
Preceded by: her husband, Andy Parks and her father, Billy Hightower.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at the Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma. Burial at the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John W.
