Kathy Ann Highsmith of Lindsay was born on November 6, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Tommy L. and Carol (Murphy) Davis. She passed from this life on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the age of 60 years in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Kathy graduated from John Marshall High School in 1978. She married Brian Highsmith on August 3, 1985 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She was always welcoming and had a beautiful smile that would light up a room. Kathy loved her family and being a Grammie to her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping and traveling in their motor home. She loved bling, Rustic Cuff, and CHOCOLATE! She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Those left behind to cherish her memories are husband, Brian of the home.
Sons: Garret Highsmith and wife Kaycee of Stratford and Blake Highsmith and wife Krystle of Lindsay.
Daughter, Michelle Highsmith McCully and husband Keith of Lindsay.
Grandchildren: Abby Balsiger, Blakley Highsmith, Whitley Highsmith, Ryker McCully, Conner Highsmith, and Cole Malone.
Brothers: Scott Davis and wife Tina of Yukon; and Joe Davis and wife Amy of Coweta.
Sister, Mary Davis Edmiston of Tulsa.
Sisters-in-law, Dana Davis of Edmond and Lori (Highsmith) Allen and husband Bart of Panama City Beach, FL.
Father-in-law, P. D. Highsmith of Oblong, IL.
Uncles: Jim Hignite of Oklahoma City, Al Martel of Mt. Dora, FL, and Fred Murphy of Lexington, MA.
Aunts: Ann Rogers Weathers of Buckeye, AZ, Sherry Smarik of Phoenix, AZ, Pam Kohlreiser of Spencerville, OH, Mary Ann Montgomery of Decatur, IL;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy and Carol Davis; a son Zachariah Cantrel in 2005; brother, Tommy Davis; brother-in-law David Edmiston; and mother-in-law Sharon Highsmith.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 7 pm, Monday, July 27, 2020 at Winans Funeral Home Chapel, Maysville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Erin Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Danny Daniels officiating. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery, Lindsay under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
