Karen Fogle

Karen Dell (Ervin) Fogle of Maysville was born on February 18, 1959 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Billy Gerald Ervin and Janie (Mize) Kappes. She passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022 in her home at the age of 63 years.

Karen lived in Oklahoma City before moving to Maysville in 2012. She had worked as a certified nurse’s assistant in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She loved spending time with her family. Karen enjoyed building dream catchers, playing with her dogs, and going fishing. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her sons, Derik Fogle and Corey Fogle of Maysville; a daughter, Kristi King of Ada; mother, Janie Kappes of Maysville; brother, Kevin Kappes of Maysville; and many other relatives in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, Billy Gearld Ervin, stepfather, Jack Kappes; husband David Joe Fogle; infant daughter, Brandi Walk; sisters, Angela Ervin and Carolyn Ervin Snow; grandparents, Frank and Lillie Mize; and Wilburn and Malinda Cook Ervin.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the Maysville Cemetery with Bro. Mark Hodges officiating. Burial will be under the direction of John W.
