Johnnie Lea (Deal) Rolen was born February 25, 1952 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Kenneth & Ruby Deal and received her Angel Wings on April 20, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was 66 years old.She graduated from Lindsay High School in 1970. On August 28, 1970, she married the love of her life, Mike Rolen. In 1971, they moved to Ardmore where they became lifelong residents. Johnnie began working for the Merrick Foundation in the early 1970's and continued as an executive secretary for Bane Bigbie CPA until the time of her death.Johnnie was a devoted family member - remembering all special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. As an employer, she helped thousands of Carter County students obtain the Greater Ardmore Scholarship allowing them to further their education after high school.Johnnie leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Mike Rolen. Daughter, Samantha Minarik of Ardmore. Grandchildren and the highlights of her life, Trevor & Kaitlyn Minarik and Stetson Presley. And special granddaughter, Brittney Walls.Johnnie leaves behind her sister, Barbara Collins and husband Pat of Ardmore, OK; Brothers Danny Deal and wife Linda of Lindsay, OK; Jim Deal and wife Margie of Marlow, OK. Brother in Law, Jim Rolen of Lindsay, OK; Sister in Law, Janice Griffin and Sister in Law Pam & Huey Morton of Lindsay, OK; Cousins Lynn & Ann Rolen of Lindsay, OK, and Mother in Law, Mary Rolen of Lindsay, OK. She had many special cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends who adored her.She is preceded in death by Father Kenneth Deal; Mother Ruby Gray; Son, Christopher Rolen; Brother Wayne Deal; Sister Elizabeth Deal; Sister In Law, Larae Baker and Father In Law, Bud Rolen.Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, OK with Rev. Randy Allen officiating. Burial is under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
