Jason Ray Stroud of Lindsay was born on April 17, 1975 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Douglas Ray and Marilyn Marie (Alcorn) Stroud. He passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 in Lindsay, Oklahoma at the age of 45 years.
Jason was a lifetime resident of Lindsay, graduating from Lindsay High School with the Class of 1993. He took great pride in working in his family business. He loved his family, and they were very important to him. His daughter Haylie and his grandkids, Khloi, Braxton, Connor and Makenna were his pride and joy! He found such happiness in spending time with them. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and was a huge University of Oklahoma football fan. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
His survivors include his wife Jarae of the home.
Daughter Haylie Crawford and husband Patrick of Maysville.
Stepson, Harley Towler of Lindsay.
Sisters: Tammy Chandler and husband Robert of Lindsay; Vickie Nunley of Maysville.
Grandchildren: Khloi, Braxton, Connor and Makenna.
Mother-in-Law: Darlene Gordon
Grandmother: Mildred Williams
And numerous other relatives and friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his parents, Doug and Marilyn Stroud and his brother Dustin Stroud.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the Bradley Cemetery with John W. Williams officiating. Burial will be under the direction of John W. Williams Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com.
Masks and social distancing will be expected at the services.
