Janet Gee Vestle of Maysville was born on December 24, 1945 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Arthur and Iona (Fredrick) Burley and passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at her home in Maysville.Janet grew up in the Oklahoma City area, graduating from Moore High School in 1965. She married Earnest Jimmy Vestle on July 12, 1965 in Garvin County. She was a homemaker who had also worked some at Wal-Mart and convenience stores. Janet loved Christmas, Thanksgiving, and anytime the family could get together. She was a huge Elvis Presley fan, enjoying his movies and music. She liked to read, crochet, work puzzle books, and watch TV especially the Hallmark Channel. Janet will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Her survivors include her daughters: Vanessa Kimberlin and husband Mike of Oklahoma City; and Iona Vaughn of Maysville.Son, Carl Edward Vestle of Maysville.Brothers: Arthur Burley and wife Sherry of Blanchard; Gary Burley and wife Trudy of Nicoma Park; James Burley and wife Barbara of Del City, OK; Teddy Burley and wife Kathy of Midwest City, OK; Allen Burley and wife Shirley of Nicoma Park; Donald Burley and wife Lori of Diana, TX; Jerry Burley of Muskogee, OK.Sisters: Patricia Dodd and husband Frank of Stratford; and Kathy Raymer and significant other, Rick of Oklahoma City; Joanna Higgins and husband Greg of Warr Acres; and Pamela Stitz and husband Wayne of Midwest City, OK.Grandchildren: Tiffany and Brittany Kimberlin, Carlie Vestle, and numerous nieces and nephews.Her best friend since 7th grade, Helen Morris.Special friends: John and Susan Driscoll, Jeffrey Driscoll, Brock Driscoll, and Brittany Moore.Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Iona Burley; husband, Jimmy Vestle; a son, Jimmy Keith Vestle; son-in-law, Jarrod Vaughn; and 3 infant siblings.Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the First Assembly of God Church, Maysville with Sister Anna Belle Vestle Jones.
