Earl Ray Duke

Earl Ray Duke was born on April 14, 1942, in Maysville, Oklahoma to Odis and Opal (Holland) Duke and passed away on February 13, 2024, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years.

Earl attended Maysville Public School and relocated to Michigan where he was employed  as a paint technician for Ford Manufacturing for 42 years.  After his retirement from Ford he returned to Pauls Valley.  

Earl enjoyed fishing, listening to music, telling tall tales, and tinkering with things.  Earl loved his family and enjoyed their times together.

Survived by: his son, Thomas Duke of Bellville, Michigan; daughters, Lisa Vanover and Charles of Bellville, Michigan and Teresa Zuiani and Arthur of Bellville, Michigan; sister, Shellia Watson and Larry of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Preceded by: his parents, Odis and Opal Duke; son, Jonathan Lee Duke; brother, Curtis Duke; and sisters, Virginia Moore and Connie Nelson.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Burial under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
