Annette Joy McDowell

Annette Joy McDowell of Chickasha was born on February 15, 1957 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Robert and Willene June (Powell) Moore. She passed from this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in Oklahoma City at the age of 63. Annette graduated from Lexington High School in 1975. She had been a resident of Chickasha for the last 10 years. She married Thomas McDowell on February 27, 2010 in Verden, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. Annette was a kind and loving person who enjoyed being a care giver and was always there to lend a helping hand. She enjoyed farming, gardening, canning, boating, garage sales, auctions, Branson Shows, summertime and fall. Annette was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Chickasha. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her survivors include her husband, Thomas of the home. Son, Troy Bounds and Reneé of Washington. Daughters: Stacey DaVoult and Danny of Lindsay and Michelle Miller and Todd of Rush Springs. Brother, Larry Wayne Moore and Jaquita of Washington. Sisters: Mary Sue Penner of Wayne; Roberta Oliver and Curtis of Chickasha; and Carolyn Ruth and Richard of Durango, Colorado. Grandchildren: James and Payton Bounds, Daniel, Abagail, and Chloe Rempe, Mike, Miley, Mia, and Maverick Miller. And a host of other relatives and friends. Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Willene Moore; brother, David Moore; sisters, Loverta Moore and Margie Findley; nephews, Bob Findley, Jr. and Dustin Tra Moore; and brother-in-law, Russell Penner. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, September 28, 2020 at the Paoli Cemetery, Paoli, Oklahoma with Bro. Neal Hector officiating. Burial is under the direction of John W.
