Norman Oscar "Pudge" McDade

Norman Oscar “Pudge” McDade of Maysville was born on March 29, 1944 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Herman and Dorothy (Cops) McDade. He passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years. Pudge lived in the Wayne and Maysville area all of his life, graduating from Wayne High School in 1963, where he played football. He enjoyed working on the farm, raising cattle, and working with his father and brothers. He loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them. Pudge will be dearly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his mother, Dorothy McDade of Maysville. A son, David Joe McDade of Tecumseh, Michigan. Brother, Calvin McDade of Maysville. Sisters, Kay McDade of Lexington, Oklahoma and Etta Mae Van Dyke of Maysville, Oklahoma. And grandchildren, Lexi and Annie. Pudge was preceded in death by his father, Herman McDade, and brother, Ronnie McDade. Private family services will be held under the direction of John W.
