Norma Francis Townley

Norma Francis Townley of Maysville was born on April 20, 1951 in Cooper, Texas to Doyle Randall and Ida Racine (Prater) Townley. She passed from this life on Thursday, July 7, 2016 in Oklahoma City at the age of 65 years. Norma graduated from Marana High School in Marana, AZ and received her associate’s degree as a Registered Nurse from New York Regents . She worked at Duncan Regional Hospital before moving from Duncan to Maysville in 2006, where she worked as a RN at the Norman VA Center and she really enjoyed being a caregiver. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Norma like to go fishing, play card games, computer games, and slot machines. She was a member of the Abundant Love Fellowship. Her survivors include her daughters: Amber Zeck and husband Luke of Richmond Hill, Georgia and Rachel King of Maysville. Brothers, Randy Townley and wife Cindy of Decatur, Texas and Rodney Townley and wife Torie of Maysville. Grandchildren: Taylor Mason, Tylor Mason, and James King. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle and Racine Townley. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Abundant Love Fellowship in Maysville, OK with Rev. Danny Gamble officiating. Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
