Ozella Lilly Sue Bryant

Ozella Lilly Sue Bryant of Duncan was born on December 21, 1921 in Leedey, Oklahoma to Harvey and Gertrude (Goodwyn) Coody. She passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at her home in Duncan at the age of 94 years. Ozella attended school in Maysville where she grew up. She married Loyd Bryant on May 17, 1941. They lived in Little, Oklahoma before moving to Duncan in 1995. She loved spending time with her family and worked hard for them and her church. Ozella enjoyed crocheting, watching TV, especially Encore, Western Channels, and the Hallmark channels, and taking trips. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ in Duncan. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Her survivors include her son, Harvey Bryant and Brenda Fairchild of Duncan, OK. Daughters, Kay Patterson and Carolyn Frost and husband David of Duncan, OK. A brother-in-law, Virgil Bryant of Marlow, OK and sister-in-law, Eleanor Coody of North Carolina. 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and an abundance of nieces and nephews Ozella was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers, 1 sister, and 1 great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Eastside Church of Christ, Duncan, Oklahoma with Ron Staugh officiating.
