Betty Ruth Willoughby

Betty Ruth Howard Willoughby was born March 13, 1942 in Wynnewood, Okla. to Louise Nichols Howard and Paul William Howard. She passed away April 3, 2016 at her home in Maysville at the age of 74 years. Betty grew up in Wynnewood before moving to Maysville where she has spent the last 55 years. She married Don Willoughby in 1960 until his death in 2000. She worked at Henson Insurance Agency in Maysville for many years, then at Somers Insurance Agency in Lindsay for 18+ years. Betty married Billy R. Howard in July 2007. Betty, Mom, and Nanny will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include one son, Donnie Willoughby and his wife Darla of Maysville; grandchildren, Trey Willoughby, Bryan and Stephanie Kelly; step-daughter, Debbie Durham’s children, Sunni and Kaly; brother, Paul Howard, Jr. of Pauls Valley, Okla.; sisters, Susie Wimberly of Wynnewood and Sara O'Conner. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Willoughby; sister, Mary Cochran, and step-daughter, Debbie Durham. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Maysville Cemetery with Bro. Mike Somers officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W.
