Kenneth Ray Armstrong of Maysville was born on April 25, 1944 in Merced, California to Otis Armstrong and Viola (Malin) Armstrong. He passed from this life on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years. Kenneth was a self-employed truck driver who loved driving his truck and his truck driving jobs. He had lived in several different states before moving to Maysville about 10 years ago from Arkansas. In his younger years he enjoyed collecting stamps and baseball cards. Kenneth enjoyed hunting, entertaining Kensley, and coaching little league baseball. He will be greatly missed by his family. His survivors include his sons: Kenneth Ray Armstrong, Jr. and wife Victoria of Selma, California and Jeffrey Alan Armstrong of Phoenix, Arizona. Daughters: Cheryl Armstrong Cox of Purcell, Oklahoma and Andria Lee Caldwell and husband Jeremy of Maysville, Oklahoma. 4 Grandchildren: Alyssa Cox, Danielle Cox, Anna Armstrong, and Kensley Caldwell and 1 great grandson, Aidan Blankenship. A sister, Earlene Peterson of California. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Buddy Peterson. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 4, 2016, graveside in the Maysville Cemetery with Rev. Peter Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W.
