Jerrell Ray Selman, Jr.

Jerrell Ray Selman, Jr. of Maysville was born on January 27, 1966 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Jerrell Ray Selman, Sr. and Carolyn Sue (Pendley) Selman. He passed from this life on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at his home at the age of 49 years. Ray lived in Maysville all of his life, graduating from Maysville High School in 1984. He enjoyed fishing, watching television, and raising chickens and turkeys. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs. Ray was a member of the Eastside Pentecostal Holiness Church. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his dad, Jerrell Selman and his wife Carla of Watauga, Texas. Son, Stacy Dewayne Selman and his wife Lacie of Georgia. A brother, Rick Selman and his wife Diana of Maysville. 4 step grandchildren and many other relatives. Special friends, R. C. and Cindy Arnold of Maysville. Ray was preceded in death by his brother, Stacy Dewayne Selman and his step-mother, Joyce Selman. A private family service will be held at a later date with burial in the Maysville Cemetery.
