Charles Randall Sims

Charles Randall Sims of Maysville was born on September 19, 1956 at Westover Air Force Base, Massachusetts to Thomas Earl Sims and Vera Jean (Rose) Sims. He passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015 in Maysville, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years. Charles graduated from high school in 1975. He served his country in the United States Army as a combat engineer. After leaving the military, he worked as a roughneck in the oilfield. Charles moved to Maysville in October 2014 to live with his son and family. He enjoyed fishing and other outdoor activities. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his son, Chuck Brand and his wife Jerrina of Maysville. A brother, Thomas Earl Sims of Purcell and a sister, Sandra Kay Weck of Norman. And grandchildren, Nathan Davis and Hailey Brand. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Norma Jean Sims. Services are pending at this time.
