Jeffrey Allan Davis of Lindsay was born on March 11, 1960 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Fred Davis, Sr. and Mary (Knox) Davis. He passed from this life at the age of 54 years on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Jeff attended school in Lindsay, where he graduated from high school in 1978 then attended Vo-Tech where he learned welding. He worked as a welder for Wood’s Pumping. He married Lisa Wall on June 7, 1980 in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Jeff was always happy, funny, ornery, quick witted, and loved spending time with his family. He was the biggest OU fan around who enjoyed cheering for the Sooners and Thunder Basketball. He was always willing to help anyone out when they needed it. Jeff loved the holidays, and his hobby of making yard decorations brought a lot of people by his house and he loved to see the delight on their faces. He enjoyed his music and would be the disc jockey at family gatherings. He was a member and Deacon of the Lindsay Church of Christ. Jeff will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his wife, Lisa of the home. Mother, Mary Davis of Lindsay. A son, Jason Davis of Lindsay. Daughter, Malea Ince and her husband, Kevin of Lindsay. Grandchildren: Colton and Brylee Ince. Sisters: Shari Rushing and husband, Mike of Lindsay; and Jody Holden and husband Mark of Lindsay. Brother, Mike Davis, Sr. and fiancee, Barbara Bruce. Sister-in-law, Saundra Davis Bingham. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Fred Davis, Sr. and a brother, Fred Davis, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, October 31, 2014 at the Lindsay Church of Christ, Hwy 19, Lindsay with Brandon Johnson officiating.
