Patricia "Pat" Faye Thomas

Patricia “Pat” Faye Thomas of Lindsay was born on March 17, 1937 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Samuel Dow Dunn and Frances (Green) Dunn. She passed from this life on Saturday, August 3, 2013 in Lindsay at the age of 76 years. Pat was a graduate of Dibble High School. She was married to Earl Wesley Thomas. She worked in an abstract office in Anadarko and worked part-time for 5 years for A-1 Answering Service in Lindsay. Pat enjoyed shopping, fishing, camping, and rock hunting. She loved her family and enjoyed preparing holiday dinners for them. She and Earl liked raising roses in their flower garden and they would frequent Gas-N-Go everyday for coffee. Through answered prayer God allowed her to meet her goal in life of seeing Lindsay graduate from high school in May 2013. Pat will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Her survivors include her daughter, Lindsay Brooke Thomas of Lindsay. Daughter, Susan Hobbs of Lindsay Sister, Kaye Crockett of Alma, Arkansas. A brother, Dan Dunn of Midwest City. Grandchildren, Wesley, Jonathan, and Michael. And other relatives and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl in 2003; a son, Robert Thomas in 2003; brothers, Larry Dunn and Edward “Eddie” Dunn; and twin infant sisters Janet and Jannette Dunn. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, August 5, 2013 at Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Pat’s life celebration will be at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Winans Funeral Home Chapel, Maysville. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery, Lindsay, OK.
