Gary Allen Thomas

Gary Allen Thomas of Maysville passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 50 years. He was born October 18, 1962 in Austin, Texas to Charles and Naomi (Mantooth) Thomas. Gary lived in Maysville most of his life, graduating from Maysville High School in 1981. He worked for Mike Vestle as a carpenter for 20 years and was also a car mechanic. Gary enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing, gardening, and wood crafting knives and walking sticks. He was affiliated with the First Assembly of God Church. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his wife, Sheila Thomas of Ada. Parents, Charles and Naomi Thomas of Maysville. Sons: Joseph Thomas and wife Mindy of Francis, OK and Tony Thomas of Maysville. A daughter, Amy Crawford and husband Derrik of Maysville. Brothers: Tony Thomas and wife Kim of Elmore City and Danny Thomas and wife Kathy of Slaughterville. Sisters: Janet Thomas of Maysville and Teresa Thomas of Ada. 2 grandchildren, Bridget and Elizabeth Crawford of Maysville. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Maysville Cemetery with Johnny Tyler officiating.
