Christopher Ray Gamble, 32, of Pauls Valley, OK passed from this life on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at his home in Pauls Valley. He was born July 9, 1977 at Texarkana, Texas to Tim and Connie (Baker) Gamble. Chris moved to PaulsValley when he was 5 years old. Since his mom taught school in Lexington, he attended school there, kindergarten through 12th, graduating in 1995. Chris also attended East Central University in Ada. While in school he played the drums in the band and participated in sports. His favorite activity was Vo-Ag, where he raised pigs and showed them. Chris received many awards such as “Green Hand Award” and “State Farmer”. Presently, he was a petroleum landman for Gamble Land Services. Chris loved his children, Dylon and Bailey, and he took care of them no matter what. They all enjoyed going to the lake and to the Monster Truck Shows. Chris had a lot of friends and would do anything for them. He liked being with his family at the hunting camps and riding 4-wheelers. Chris will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his parents, Tim and Connie Gamble of Pauls Valley His 11 year old son, Dylon Ray Gamble of the home His 9 year old daughter, Bailey Irene Gamble of Noble Maternal grandmother, Annie Jo Ramsey of Lindsay and paternal grandmother, Virginia Gamble of Stringtown Uncle Steven Gamble and wife Linda of Kiowa Aunt Sharon Horton and husband John of Mangum Mother of his children, Julie of Noble two special children, Jakoby and Tristen of Noble and many cousins. Chris was preceded in death by his grandfather, Noble Gamble, and by his aunt Sherrie. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Mark Watson will officiate with burial in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville.
