Thomas Blake Coffey, 43, of Foster passed from this life, Saturday night, November 6, 2010 at his home. He was born September 17, 1967 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Thomas Ray and Virginia Lee (Patterson) Coffey. Blake grew up in Pauls Valley, graduating from Pauls Valley High School in 1985. He made his home there until moving to Foster nine years ago. Blake married Nila Lewis on July 27, 2008 at Duncan, Oklahoma. He was a welder who had worked for C & C Horse Trailers, Pro-Ag Services, Garvin County District 1, and Haggerty Plumbing. Blake was a member of the Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church in Duncan and also a member of the Elmore City Roundup Club. He was a man who loved God and was always inspired by the natural beauty of God’s creation while on his trail rides. Blake enjoyed riding horses, camping, hunting, fishing, and his dogs. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephew. Blake will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Nila of the home. His mother, Virginia Coffey of Pauls Valley. Sisters: Michelle Gamble and her husband, Bobby of Pauls Valley, And Heather West and her husband, Shane of Sulphur. Step-sons: Brandon Campbell and his wife, Heather of Davis; And Tyler Campbell and his wife, Kim of Lovington, New Mexico. 4 Step grandchildren. And by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Coffey. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Elmore City. Rev. Dale Howry will officiate with burial in the Foster Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
