Doris Lauretta Albright

Doris Lauretta Albright, 83, of Maysville died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Lexington Nursing Home. She was born September 25, 1926 at Maysville, Oklahoma to Conrad C. and Bessie (Cronian) Morton. Doris was a lifetime resident of Maysville. She married Leo “Junior” Albright on May 13, 1944 at Maysville. Doris worked as a care giver at the Pauls Valley State School for 20 plus years and also at the Gas & Go for a couple years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Doris was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maysville. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her sons: Robert Lee Albright and his wife, Loaney of Wynnewood; Paul Don Albright of Antioch; Mickey Gene Albright of Maysville; Terry Wayne Albright and his wife, Eulonda of Maysville. A daughter, Joy Franklin and her husband, Billy of Lindsay. Brother, Charles Ray Morton of Weatherford, Texas. Sister, Joyce Phillips and her husband, Kenneth of Maysville. 17 Grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren And numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Doris was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junior; a son, Ricky Dale; daughter, Linda; brothers: Raymond, J.B., James Huey “Wiggles”. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Maysville, Oklahoma. Rev. Danny Gamble will officiate with burial in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
