Charles Ray Harmon

Charles “Charlee” Ray Harmon, 56, of Maysville was born January 26, 1953 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Alfred and Evelyn Virginia Sullivan Harmon. He died on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City. Charlee and his family moved to Maysville in 1966, where he attended Maysville schools and graduated in 1971. While growing up he played football and basketball and was involved in Boy Scouts and Vo-Ag. After graduation Charlee attended computer school in Kansas City, Missouri. While employed he worked as a roust-a-bout in the oilfield and a truck driver. Charlee enjoyed fishing, hunting, and his grandchildren. He was a member of the Erin Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Alfred and Evelyn Harmon of Maysville. A daughter, Amber Renee Harmon of Maysville. Sister, Brenda Clark and her husband, Jerry of Tuttle. Grandchildren: Alexis Renee Harmon, Corban Ray Martin, and Gavin Don Martin. Niece, Jennifer Elmore of Norman. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Assembly of God Church of Maysville. Rev. Billy Davenport and Rev. Garry Guthrie will officiate with burial in the Mt.
